Profile Information

Please tell us about how you are associated with or involved in the cowboy church/ministry community.: We are a cowboy style outreach Preach and living the love of Jesus Christ somewhere in our region everyday. I am an evangelist that ministers in nursing homes flea markets county jails and in cowboy & traditional churches all over East Texas. I also minister on the radio with our program "Heart of a Cowboy" on 92.7fm KIVY every Sunday Morning at 10:00am and 100.5fm KMVT every Sunday evening at 7:00pm. I just signed a recording contract with Tate Music Group that will be out some time this spring. We are working on a100 acre outreach center in Grapeland Texas with riding trails fishing holes and down home hospitality that should be finished and operating this spring.

God must be a cowboy at heart

When we look at the scriptures we see a lot about shepherds tending to the flock. Many Old Testament saints like Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses and David where all shepherds. Palms 23 say “the Lord is my Shepherd.” John 10 is about The Good Shepard. shepards and cowboys have the same job taking care of there flock. A shepherd has a rod and a staff the cowboy has a bullwhip and a rope.
