Please tell us about how you are associated with or involved in the cowboy church/ministry community.: I have a music ministry called
Cowgirls to the Cross. I write songs and perform off of the back of my horse, "Foxie". I also sing as part of a duo with my husband, and front the Christian Country/Folkgrass band "Empowered". I am also the founder of the "Empowered Riding" program, a Christian-infused horseback riding method.

How did you find out about ICCAN?: A friend of mine spoke of being invited to play at an ICCAN church, so I looked it up.

Hi Everyone

Well, I'm relatively new here and still setting up my page, so I thought I would introduce myself and write a little about my ministry. My name is Aspen, and I am a singer/songwriter, poet, and horseman (woman). I have been married for just over 10 years to my husband, James, and we have two children- a son named Riley (age 9), and a daughter named Alice (age 7). We live in the mountains of Southern Virginia with our horses, dogs, and cats.
