Andy, Thank you for the welcome....My wife has just started a new women's ministry.  She plans on conducting seminars and women's retreats.  Jan has developed an eating plan and low carb cookbook.  She has lost 130 lbs in the last 18 months.  God wants his children healthy.  I am now on her plan and since June I have lost 60 lbs.

Andy, thanks a bunch.  I will look around and appreciate the tips for some exploration. 

 I trust God will use all this to accomplish His will and purposes in the days ahead.  It's pretty neat to have God open up this fellowship to High Country Ministry and to enable this link to Christian Friends and fellow servants of Christ.  I do thank God, and do not take this lightly. 

Certainly God has a purpose in all of this and I trust Him that thru Him and His work in us, it will be accomplished.

I am part of our Praise and Worship Team at, Waterdam Church 208 Galley Rd, Canonsburg, PA 15317, Pastor Jack Wilson.  I have been there for over three years now. It is a special blessing to be a part of the team, and always brings great rewards. We are part of the EFCA, Evangelical Free Church Of America. My music ministry has all been online, reaching out to people through the music given to me. Grown Up Jesus is now #47 on the Inspirational Christian Country Music charts, and has given me the opportunity to answer emails from people all over the globe. I am greatful and I look foreward to learn more about Cowboy Church, there are not so many cowboys in Sweden,but a lot of horse people,and we do have western riders,I think Cowboy Church can minister to many horse people in Sweden since they would not go to ordinary churches very much.I have already received one testimony today from a young rider that received inspiration from Cowboy Church.
