"For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption (death); but he that soweth to the Spirit (life) shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.  And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.   As we have opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith."  ~Galatians 6:10
Forget about your earthly, fleshly desires for a change and sow unto the Spirit of life.  After all, what's most important to you; life or death??  Don't ever get tired of doing good; when the time is right you WILL reap what you sow if you don't give up!!  Do you have the opportunity to do some good today??  I believe that you do!!  Blessings, ~Pastor Lynn

Thankfulness is the language of Love which allows us to communicate with our Savior, Jesus Christ!!  Thankfulness is not a magic formula and it does not mean that we stick our head in the sand and ignore the reality of many, many problems in this old fallen world.  But Thankfulness does allow us to rejoice in the presence of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, right smack dab in the middle of trials and troubles!!  Jesus is our refuge and strength!!  He is a very present, right now and well proven help in times of trouble.  Let us all be very Thankful for the presence of Jesus in our lives!!  (See Psalm 46:1)  ~Pastor Lynn

"Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise~the fruit of lips that confess His name." ~Hebrews 13:15
When we Praise God for the Presence and Peace of Jesus, that is when we receive those richest and most precious gifts!!  GIVE HIM PRAISE!!!  ~Pastor Lynn

"Let no man seek his own, but every man another's wealth."  ~1 Corinthians 10:24. If you are a born again believer, then you have no need to seek wealth because you are already RICH!!  Join in with the Lord in HIS work to redeem mankind from sin and death.  Seek to help others find the wealth that you already have.  You may not have silver and gold, but if you have Jesus in your heart and share Him with others, you may help someone find wealth way beyond the worth of any earthly treasures.  ~Pastor Lynn

MAKING DECISIONS: Being in leadership there are decisions to make daily. I have found the following that is helpful: 1. Believe that God is directing your steps. & 2. Realize God can bring good out of bad situations. Remember God is working in you, He's working with you, and He's working through you. And as Ethel Waters use to say, "My God don't sponsor no flops!"  We are living in a country and world being torn apart by SATAN. Many would deny this and settle for evil world leaders and crooked politicians, moral break down of families, people with expectation of government support. The sad part is we have become the modern day country and world of SODOM and GOMORRAH where people have turned their backs on GOD, do as they please and do not believe the consequences of their actions are real. Sadly the government and church leaders (to some degree) support and influence this lifestyle. Pastor MUST STOP watering down the message  to please the masses. No better example of this than what is spoken in Matthew 7:15 BEWARE OF FALSE PROPHETS WHO COME TO YOU IN SHEEPS CLOTHING, BUT INWARDLY THEY ARE RAVENING WOLVES". or "FOR THEY ARE SUCH WHO SERVE NOT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST BUT THEIR OWN BELLY. AND BY GOOD WORDS AND FAIR SPEECHES DECIEVE THE HEARTS OF THE SIMPLE". I use as an example the path our current leader is taking us down . IN my prayer closet I said GOD please bless this nation restore it to what it was, remove this president", and before I could finish the LORD opened my eye's wide I mean W-I-D-E as he said to me "I PUT HIM IN OFFICE. I PUT HIM THERE LONG BEFORE YOU OR ANYONE VOTED FOR HIM". more recently GOD reminded me when and if AMERICA repents HE will remove him and restore America OR if not we may see more destruction through another like minded president. But this much I now  know clearly  GOD IS IN CONTROL; The WORD says "But rejoice  inasmuch as ye are partakers of CHRIST, sufferings; that , when HIS glory shall be revealed ye may be glad also with exceeding joy".   Folks don't let Satan get you caught up in the issues of a worldly country, bringing forth hatred spewing anger everything that is not of GOD or the LOVE of CHRIST.

Rather REBUKE Satan's attack PRAY for our country to REPENT OF ITS IMMORALITY, ITS SIN NATURE, ITS RESTORATION AND RETURN TO GOD. Listen to the message the LORD has given in me "I PUT HIM IN OFFICE and I WILL REMOVE HIM, then and only then can we as CHRISTIANS be pleasing unto the LORD through our obedience to the word. Have a GOD BLESSED COWBOY DAY. Happy Trails/Pastor E. Patrick Anthony

"In your unfailing love you will lead the people you have redeemed.  In your strength you will guide them to your holy dwelling." ~Exodus 15:13      The very first thing we should tell ourselves when we wake up is that God's Love NEVER fails.....NEVER!!  This means if you are redeemed by the blood of Jesus through Faith in what he did for you on the cross, then God is leading you in LOVE every day to your ultimate destination; not by chance, not by coincidence, but buy the very POWER of God and His strength will He guide you straight to the gates of Heaven!!!  You now have hope and confidence where your journey will end....HEAVEN!!!  So what is your part in this journey??  It is to stay focused on the one who redeemed you and the path just before you.  There should be no fear, no worry, and no doubt if you will just believe and leave the outcome to God.  His Love IS unfailing.....He has promised in His Word!!!  ~Pastor Lynn

"When wisdom entereth into thine heart and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul, (11) discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee". Proverbs 2:10-11. Where are you drawing your wisdom from? A dried up well or a well of GODLY abundance where a refreshing can be found 24/7. Ask yourself this question is MY wisdom ruling my decisions or is GODS wisdom given down to me guiding my decision making. Are my troubles my creation or GODS greater test of my faith? in whom will you put your TRUST.

God's Power and Grace are abundantly available to each believer.  The question is are you available to receive it or are you too busy with your own agenda.  The Holy Spirit will only give you what you ask for and only what you are willing to share and give away.  Grace in you and on you will spill out to everyone around you.  (See Acts 4:32-33) ~Pastor Lynn

The promises of God are of no value to us until, through obedience, we come to understand the nature of God. We may read some things in the Bible every day for a year and they may mean nothing to us. Then, because we have been obedient to God in some small detail, we suddenly see what God means and His nature is instantly opened up to us. “All the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen . . .” (2 Corinthians 1:20). Our “Yes” must be born of obedience; when by obedience we ratify a promise of God by saying, “Amen,” or, “So be it.” That promise becomes ours. ~Oswald Chambers

Many folks will admit their sin, but most will not give it up anymore than they can fly under their own power.  They say, "I'm only human, you know!!"  Well, you are not "only human" if you are a born again Christian with the Holy Spirit living within you!!  This is exactly the SAME spirit that dwelled in Christ Himself that guided Him and gave Him the strength to do all that God called Him to do.  And we can ALL be and do what God calls us to do if we will stop making up "I'm only human" excuses and start being obedient to the Holy Spirit the way Jesus was.  We must realize just how poor in spirit we really are before we know we can't do it with out Jesus, but snap to the fact that we can do all things with Him.  This is truly the door to the Kingdom of God!!  ~Pastor Lynn
Matthew 5:3 ~"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven."

GOT JESUS??  I hope so; then you can sing along with Linda Glass when she sings "NOW I HAVE EVERYTHING".  I am in agreement with old Apostle Paul when he told the Corinthians, "I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified."  It's not about religion, economics, politics, denominations, rituals, or anything else: It's all about Jesus and what he did on the cross of Calvary for all of us.  What does it profit a man to gain the whole world but lose his own soul because he refuses to believe in Jesus and accept what he did on the cross.  Everything the world has to offer will either be stolen, rot, rust, die, or be used up!!  You can lose it all or have it all.  GET IT?  GET JESUS!!  Blessings, ~Pastor Lynn

Jesus said, "By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples." ~John 15:8
So, if you are a disciple of Jesus you must glorify God, His Father, and you accomplish that by bearing "much fruit".  Ok, so how do we "bear much fruit"??  Spiritual fruit is similar to physical fruit in that they both come from seeds.  You have three choices today: you can plant good seeds, you can plant evil seeds, or you can just live in apathy and plant no seeds.  To plant good seeds means to get out there and Love God, Love other people, and tell everyone you know and meet about Jesus by the way you live and the words you speak.  The more you plant the more good fruit you will bear and the more your Father will be glorified.  I am praying for a whole lot of Plantin' goin' on!!!  ~Pastor Lynn

"And that you may Love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to Him." ~Deuteronomy 30:20 Jesus said that the number one commandment was to Love God and this scripture tells you how you may do this.  First, you must listen to what God says.  A true listener is not only a hearer but a doer of what he hears.  This will help you to Love God because you will discover that ever time you obey His Word, your life will become better, stronger, fuller, and more complete.  Then second, you must "hold fast" which means to hang on and continue on; do not fall away or be distracted by the doings of this old fallen world around you.  These things will lead you to know how much God truly Loves you and then you can't help but Love Him back because He is so good to you.  God knows the worst about you but He also knows the best and He has planted great gifts deep in your soul that will become extremely fruitful if you will be obedient, hang on to Him, and Love Him with all of your heart.  ~Pastor Lynn
Believing the best is much better than fearing the worst. ~Pastor Lynn
Jesus told Peter, "Feed my sheep".  Since then there have been many and still are many men of God working to feed God's sheep.  The sheep now also have a wonderful self-feeder.  It's called the New Testament!!!  Open one up today and dig in; it is delicious!!  ~Pastor Lynn

"Come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" ~Matthew 11:28 The questions in life that truly matter are remarkably few, and they are all answered by these words ~ "Come to Me".  Jesus did not say, "Do this or don't do that," but simply "COME TO ME".  This is the place where sin and sorrow stop and the song of the believer starts!!  If you will just come to Jesus, your real life will be brought into line with your true desires.  You will actually cease from sin, and you will find the song of the Lord beginning in your life.  If you have never come to Jesus, you must look at and over come the stubbornness in your heart.  There is no other way and no other cure to over come sin but this one childlike thing~ "Come to Me."  If you really want to stop sinning and stop the destruction it causes in your life and those around you, you must come to Jesus.  ~Pastor Lynn

"By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.  But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices god is well pleased." ~Hebrews 13:15-16
Praising God is an easy thing to do when you are on the mountain top and things are going well; like loving those who love you, that's not much of a sacrifice, but sometimes it seems the mountain top moves out from under us and we find ourselves in a pit of despair.  But praising God when you are in the pit, now that is a real sacrifice that pleases God and it is a sure fire way to get out of that pit of despair and self-pity!!  So.......I will praise you, oh Lord!!  I WILL PRAISE YOU LORD WITH ALL OF MY HEART!!!  YOU ARE THE LIFTER OF MY HEAD AND YOU WILL PLACE MY FEET BACK ON A SOLID ROCK ON HIGHER GROUND!!!  I CALL YOU FATHER AND FRIEND AND THEIR IS NONE OTHER LIKE YOU!!!  OH MIGHTY GOD I GIVE YOU PRAISE!!!  Wow!!!  Don't you feel better now??  I do.  Thank you Jesus!!  I think I'll go up to the church, fire up my piano, and sing some Worship songs!!  ~Pastor Lynn

"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." ~Isaiah 41:10
You and I change drastically over the years as well as our circumstances, but Jesus remains the same no matter what happens or how much time passes, and He will always be there for us.  So after reading this scripture, your day should not be filled with fear and dismay.  If it is, then you have made the mistake a lot of folks make of knowing what the Word says, but not really believing it.  Even if you know the promises of God, you will not receive them if you don't believe them.  Am I saying that believing is more important than knowledge??  Well, God didn't say you couldn't please him without knowledge; He said you couldn't please Him without FAITH!!  I believe God will strengthen you and help you today; I believe He will lift you up with His righteous right hand.  Believing in God will allow Him to work in your life today!!!  Many Blessings, ~Pastor Lynn

Tell somebody about Jesus today!!  You don't have to be a Bible scholar and quote scripture after scripture to be an effective witness to folks.  Just tell them of all the wonderful things Jesus has done...... in YOUR life.  You cannot witness to folks about what you have not experienced or seen with your own eyes!!  Just tell it like it is with Joy and Praises in your heart. Many folks don't understand or believe the Bible, but an honest and true testimony from someone with a personal relationship with Jesus is hard to refute and disbelieve.  Your words will cause a lost person to think long and hard about what you said, and the Holy Spirit will take care of the rest!! (See Psalm 9:1-2) ~Pastor Lynn

Justice Antonin Scalia said prayers in a legislative setting were different from ones in court ........ “People who have religious beliefs,” he said, “ought to be able to invoke the deity when they are acting as citizens and not as judges.” I don't think this is what our forefathers had in mind when they talked about separation between church and state. My Bible says that believers should pray about ALL things and without ceasing, and God certainly does not put any limitations on that in regards to a persons job, but the wisdom of this judge says that it is ok to call on and appeal to God as a citizen but NOT as a judge??  Seems to me that "invoking" God for guidance and Godly wisdom would be a wonderful asset for a judge.   With thinking like this in our judicial system, do you think we might need  to pray for all of our judges to receive Godly wisdom and guidance, and also our legislative and executive branches as well?  Maybe we should also pray about voting some of them OUT of office as well.  Lord, help us.  ~Pastor Lynn
