Wait on the Lord for Direction!!!

I remember goin' coon huntin' with my Daddy when I was a little boy. One night I took off running ahead of my Daddy in the woods. Just about the time I heard him holler "WAIT", a low tree limb caught me right between the eyes! My feet went up in the air over my head and the first thing to hit the ground was the back of my head! The next morning I looked like one of the critters that me and them dogs was chasin'. The moral to the story is: Don't take off running if your Daddy says to wait. In other words, don't run before God gives you His direction. If there is any doubt.........WAIT. Failure and black eyes are a sure sign of impatience and not nowing your own limitations. The Holy Spirit is the only one who can direct the course of your life successfully!! ~Pastor Lynn
