Love Cowboy Church in Bowie in Texas and at rodeos
When I was in the States in 09 i went to Cowboy Church in Bowie Texas and was blown away it was like coming home and the peace for the first time i wasn't a square peg in a round hole we have rodeo Cowboy Ministries in Australia but what was happening the cowboys were getting saved hitting mainstream churches and getting told to quit rodeo it was there idol not a lifestyle I could share the heart aches this brings but i wont i will share the joy and the peace that fills your soul after traveling in the States and Canada in 09I contacted Pastor Jeff Copenhaver and his Lovely wife Sherry in Granbury in Texas which was to start something that has been on going then i returned to Bowie to Church where the sermon was on square pegs in round holes lol God is so good i cried the whole service i came back to Australia and it didn't help my search for a church that would accept this cowgirl lol I came back to the States in 2011 and was blessed in ways that didn't seem possible it was then i first heard about ICCAN i spent Time in Texas with full on cowgirl Christian who runs the C911 Ranch and rodeo worked on the Everything Jesus ranch in Seguin for a month Spent many hours in prayer with Sherry Copenhaver on my return to Australia my hearts cry was Lord Give me a church please and i walked into this church where my eldest daughter fellowships about an hour from my home and the pastor had w ord of knowledge he loked at me and said you are terrified of the church and what has happened and God wants you to know it is over How great is My God the other day the pastor came up after the service looked at me said Get to Texas I smiled he said have you been there i nodded and said good it was for you and walked off So now i have set my face to return to Texas and i am seeking the Lord for the steps along the way. I often Join with friends in Texas in spiritual warfare and pray with them the beauty of that is the world clock says it is night in your day so who ever we are praying for is covered almost 24hours :) I continue to learn as much as i can and am interested to note that the Church i attend here has a sister Church in Huntsville Texas I have met some of your members through Rodeo facebook and friends and it has been a blessed time of sharing Pastor Micheal has been a real treat of sharing and learning and i was doubly blessed when for about 3 weeks my pastor here and pastor Micheal were finishing each others sermons almost or adding to love it !!

How did you find out about ICCAN?

Tom Warga and i would share often the scriptures and thoughts etc while i was in the States and encourage each other in the Lord He put me on to Pastor Micheal Blankenship site and through the contact with him i came to here Don Schmid is a christian cowboy friend of an Australian woman residing in south Dakota April and i have been friends for years and I have enjoyed meeting up with some of her friends through face book
