- Western Meadows is a non-profit ministry owned by Rick and Judy Shepard. Rick is a gold card holder in the PRCA, having competed for years in calf roping and team roping. Judy is a gold card holder in the WPRA barrel racing. We produce Biblical literature (Bible studies, Cowboy Repentance Booklets, Barrel Racing Journals, etc) for Cowboy Churches, Ministries, and for other events. We are committed to encouraging the Western world to live honoring God. Our website also has a Learning Center filled with free articles written by a Christian Cowgirl with topics such as, Women Behind Cowboys, Jesus Loves Cowgirls, God's Man, and many others.
