Age hits us and we see more and more of loved ones and friends pass on to their reward. It happens, that's the way of life (and death) and the plan of God. I find that after living three-quarters of a century that there are less and less of the old-timers left.
I want to remember a teacher who worked for me. I recently attended her Memorial Service. Fond memories and that is how it should be. Mary East, you were a bright spot in my life and in the lives of my family.
I was also privileged to speak at the Memorial Service of an ol' hunting pard. Bill Rochester, a man born out of time; I knew him as "Grizz."
Time goes on, people pass on, but there is a day coming! One day we'll join them all at the great Marriage Supper in heaven.
