DESCRIPTION:The Live Calcutta Auction starts at 7:00pm (see explanatio
 n at the end of the event description below) on Saturday, October 3rd 
 before the Open Jackpot Bullriding starting at 7:30pm. Fees are $50 fo
 r bullriders, $10 for mutton busters. Bullriders - bring your own equi
 pment. Gate admission to watch this event is $7 for adults, and $3 for
  kids under 12-years old. There will be a concession stand, and event 
 t-shirts will be available for $15.  All proceeds will go to Hubbard 
 Cowboy Church.\nTo participate in bullriding, call or text Allen Spoon
  at 254-722-0709 by Tuesday, September 29th. Allen Spoon is also the c
 ontact if you wish to advertise at our event. A fence banner is $100, 
 a chute banner is $250, and a banner for the \"out gate\" is $500.\n C
 alcutta Auction description and rules:  A Live Calcutta Auction conduc
 ted by Auctioneer Jackie Freeland will begin at 7:00pm, before the Jac
 kpot Bullriding,   The idea of the game is to bid on the bull riding t
 eam you think will ride the best during the event. Whoever “buys” 
 the highest scoring team gets the Calcutta pot of $$$.  (The bull ride
 rs will be split up into teams, depending on how many riders will affe
 ct the number of teams. A fun idea is to gather a group of people and 
 go in as 1 bidder… or you may bid as an individual)  Rules: • You 
 have a chance to purchase a team by bidding • Anyone can bid in the 
 auction, just raise your hand and we will get your name!!! • Like an
 y auction, the team of riders will go to the highest bidder • Once t
 he auction is concluded, a total of sales will be calculated • 80% o
 f the sales will go back to the bidder that purchased the bull riding 
 team that scores the highest # of points at the end of the night (The 
 winner will be announced) • The other 20% will go back to Hubbard Co
